RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NUVEE Fashion, we want you to love every piece you receive. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, the process to initiate them, and how refunds are handled. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery date, as recorded by our logistics partner’s tracking system. Requests raised beyond this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • An incorrect item has been shipped (wrong SKU, colour, or size as compared to the confirmed order).

Returns or exchanges requested for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues arising from deviation from our published size guide will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or dry-cleaned after receipt.
  • Products from which the original tags, labels, or packaging have been removed or tampered with.
  • Products marked as ‘Sale’, ‘Final Sale’, or ‘Non-Returnable’ at the time of purchase.
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces.
  • Blouse pieces, undergarments, or inner layers sold as separate items.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

4. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, tissue paper, and packaging intact.
  • Free from any stains, odours, alterations, or signs of use.

NUVEE Fashion reserves the right to reject a return if the product received fails to meet these conditions upon inspection.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To raise a return or exchange request, please follow the steps below:

  • Email us at sonam@nuveefashion.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, item name, reason for return or exchange, and clear photographs and parcel opening video without any pause, cut or edit evidencing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions for packaging and dispatching the item.
  • Please do not return any item without a valid RA number. Unrequested returns will not be accepted or processed.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit and dispatch it through a trackable courier (preferably Blue Dart or Delhivery ) service at your own cost.
  • If the return is due to our error, in which case we will issue a credit note under no circumstance’s money will be refunded.
  • Share the tracking details with our team once dispatched over WhatsApp.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in form of credit note only and under the following circumstances:

  • The returned item passes quality inspection and is confirmed to be in its original, unused condition.
  • NUVEE Fashion has cancelled your order after confirmation due to circumstances on our end only and only in this particular case refund can be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days on request, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
  • Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

8. Store Credit

In lieu of a refund, you’ll receive NUVEE Fashion store credits equivalent value. Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issuance, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Shipping Charges for Returns

We recommend using a trackable courier service. NUVEE Fashion shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return journey.

10. Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our facility. Our team will verify whether the return meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. We aim to complete the inspection within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned item. The outcome of this inspection is final and binding.

11. Fraudulent or Repeat Return Behaviour

NUVEE Fashion reserves the right to decline future orders from, or suspend the account of, any customer who is found to be engaging in fraudulent return activity, including but not limited to returning used or altered items, claiming false defects, or exhibiting a pattern of excessive or opportunistic return behaviour.
